I just had to write to you and let you know how fantastic my computer is now. The speed is AMAZING! I can’t believe I actually worked with it the way it was before. Thank you so much for your great work, and how fast you were able to complete my repairs. You are my new computer person for life

I am so satisfied with A Plus...Daren fixed my MacBook Air problems the same day and I was able to go back to work the next day. Daren is very kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use A Plus again for all of my computer related problems and will recommend to my friends and family.
ALLEN WAS INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. HE PATIENTLY LISTENED TO MY EXPLANATION OF THE PROBLEMS I HAVE BEEN HAVING. MacBook Pro battery went dead.
Normally a simple repair?
Not this time.
First shop in Issaquah installed the new battery I purchased, and we discovered it was dead. They didn't have an on-site diagnostic tech, so I looked online and read all the good reviews for A Plus Computer Tech in Bellevue, WA.
Michael was most helpful on the phone, saying he could tell me immediately whether it was the battery or something else if I brought the laptop there.
He did a few scans and didn't find an immediate source of failure; said it would need full diagnostics, which A Plus does for free, to determine whether it actually was the new battery being dead, or something in the connections or charging capability.
Thankfully, Alan determined that indeed the new battery was dead, and ordered another from his own source.
Cost for battery was less than I paid online, and cost for their services quite fair.
Very pleased with both professionalism and ability from the guys at A Plus ~~!!
This afternoon, my MacBook was frozen by a virus. I couldn't do a thing with it. I went to A Plus right away and Nathan stopped what he was doing and cleared my laptop of all viruses within 5 minutes. During that time, he explained ways to not get viruses in the future as well. He was very personable and professional. My computer is working great now. I will always go back to A Plus (Nathan) for all of my computer needs in the future.

After many frustrating hours trying to set up my new computer I called A Plus Computer Tech. Alan in the Bellevue office was extremely helpful and was able to remote onto my computer and set everything up perfectly.
I would highly recommend A Plus Computer Tech for anyone having issues with their computer. I will be a lifelong customer after this amazing experience.

Darren was phenomenal throughout the whole process. I understand exactly why this place has such consistently great reviews-He took the the time in understanding my computer issue, from beginning to end. This was important to me because it reflected his accuracy in finding the best solutions.
In addition to my broken macair, I had sentimental photos that was a lost cause in recovering from before I even brought it in but he tackled alternate ways in trying to restore my photos with my camera SD card.
The end result- my computer was fully restored (even better/faster than before) and about 50 photos were restored. The pricing was excellent (I had other places to compare it to) and the photos were complimentary. That was unexpected and so appreciated, given the nature of how important they were to me.
Darren was extremely intuitive, honest, and kept in great contact/follow up despite having (I'm sure) a lot of customers. A Plus has sealed the deal in being my first and only stop with anything computer related in the near future. Thank you Darren!!!!!!!!!
