A-Plus Computer Tech provided excellent service with a knowledgeable computer tech (Nathan). Nathan was quick and efficient; yet was polite and helpful. He was able to handle several customers and phone calls while making me feel he was concentrating on me. I was impressed with not only their great service, but their competitive prices as well. GREAT SERVICE !!!!!!!

What can I say. I had a boot up problem with my rig. APLUS (I am now a new customer) was the 1st one I called on Easter Sunday. They were local and open on a holiday. The Tech (Dennis) took in my rig and answered all my all my questions, he even informed me of upgrades they could do to improve my rig. Dennis (to my surprise and delight) had my rig running in about 2 hours and I picked it up the same day. Thanks for being there on a holiday.
I will now make you my repair center !

AMAZING SERVICE

I have used 4 computer techs in the Tacoma area.... I am so happy that you have Nathan as a tech. my system was on life support and I asked him to assist me in creating a personal PC from scratch. He listened to me and delivered on every single request on budget, 5 days before our original due date and then he took time out to show me every item of my new sexy beast of a computer. One of our favorite movies is Raising Arizona...we named the computer Nathan Jr. Thank you for being an extraordinary company to work with. I know where to go when I need anything done on any computer that I own. :)

Dream Machine!

I enjoyed our old computer but unfortunately it was getting old and I killed it with too much online gaming. We came to Aplus with certain needs and from the ground up an excellent pc was built. Thanks for your hard work and we are very happy with what you built for us! Thanks Nathan!

Very impressed!

One late Saturday evening my laptop failed me. The following morning I searched online for a repair shop that was open on Sundays. I called A-plus and spoke with Nathan. Within seconds of explaining to Nathan the problems I was having, he reassured me that he could fix the problem. I took my laptop to the Tacoma store and turned it over to Nathan. He said he would have the laptop ready for pickup no later than Thursday. On Monday, just after noon time, Nathan called me and informed me that my computer was ready for pickup. WOW!!!

Now how often does this happen??? Whether it's calling someone for a home repair, or car repair, or even getting assistance at a local hardware store, I have never had this kind of service. When I first spoke to Nathan on the phone, I felt he knew what he was talking about and was not going to try and take advantage of my lack of knowledge about my computer. He pretty much told me over the phone what he thought the problem was and gave me a resonable quote to have it repaired. Not once did I detect and indifference from Nathan. I once again have my computer and I was eager to fire it up to write this review. I highly recommend A-Plus Computer Tech. Thanks again Nathan!!

Excellent Work

After my hard drive crashed, I took my PC to Darren at the Tacoma store. He accurately diagnosed the problem, installed a new hard drive and had me back in service in two days. The price was fair and the service outstanding!
