Free Diagnostic?

Yes, we are 100% free diagnostic. No charge no repair. Unlike any other computer stores, they charge $30 – $50 for the diagnostic fee up-front. We don’t charge anything to look at what problem your computer has. After the diagnostic, we will call you and discuss the problem you are having and provide the price quote. Also we will give you the suggestion and option of fixing it. Then you decide weather fix it or not. There is no obligation.

Turn-around Time?

Our normal turn-around time is usually 4-5 working days unless RUSH service requested. If you need it faster, please request RUSH service (additional fee applied) and we can always get the job done asap and normally it can be done the same day or within 24 hours.

Do I need to call to make appointment if I am coming to your shop?

No, absolutely not. We open 10am to 6pm, 7 days a week. You can just bring your computer to our stores during store hours. We only close on 5 big holidays a year. Please check our “about us” page for our closing days.
